Job Title: HubSpot & Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a HubSpot & Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the optimization and integration of our marketing and customer engagement strategies. This role focuses on marketing automation, CRM optimization, lead generation, campaign tracking, CMS management, and sales alignment, ensuring seamless marketing processes and enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Manage and integrate CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Wix) for landing pages, forms, and content marketing.
  • Enhance email marketing, lead capture, and personalization strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure data integrity and segmentation for accurate targeting and reporting.
  • Integrate HubSpot with marketing tools (email marketing, ad platforms, event/webinar software) to streamline operations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign ROI, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Align marketing and sales processes by optimizing lead handoff workflows and pipeline tracking.
  • Implement paid advertising strategies and revenue attribution models to measure ad performance.
  • Train marketing teams on HubSpot best practices and provide ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular audits to optimize workflows, automation, and system performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation, and Campaign Management.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, automation, segmentation, and data governance.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Wix) and marketing technology integrations.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation, email marketing, and performance tracking.
  • Expertise in sales and marketing alignment, including lead handoff processes.
  • Experience with paid ad strategies and revenue attribution reporting.
  • Ability to train marketing teams and improve system adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CMS Hub.
  • Experience with campaign analytics, revenue attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with event/webinar management and paid ad platforms.
  • Understanding of HubSpot API and custom integrations for advanced marketing automation.
