Job Title - Senior Enterprise Architect

    Duration - Long Term

    Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (4 days onsite per week)

    Work Location- Irving, Tx

    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a candidate who’s experienced working as a Sr. Enterprise Architect who has expertise in leading multiple infrastructure planning and implementation from an Enterprise Perspective including but not limited to instance strategy, technical platform selection, architecture design, backup and recovery strategy as well as replication options. This Architect needs to be able to help Client's IT choose the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the following cloud options: IaaS, DBaaS, or a hybrid architecture.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

    1. Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect.
    2. Experience with instance strategy, technical platform selection, architecture design, backup and recovery strategy, and replication.
    3. Experience an in-depth understanding of Microsoft tech stack and able to delivery digital transformation projects using Azure AI, APIs, React and .NET.
    4. Experience evaluating internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
    5. Experience creating business architecture models to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
    6. Experience evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
    7. Experience providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
    8. Experience ensuring efficiency, security, and support of the organization’s goals.
    9. Experience creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Designing IT Structure: You’ll align the company’s IT systems with its organizational structure and processes. This involves creating architecture models that seamlessly integrate business needs with technology.
    2. Implementing Enterprise Architecture: You’ll be hands-on in developing and implementing enterprise architecture models. These models guide the design and deployment of IT solutions across the organization.
    3. Process Guidelines: You’ll provide systems process guidelines, ensuring efficient and effective workflows within the IT landscape.
    4. Compliance Architecture: Establishing compliance architecture, including change control and metadata management, is crucial. This ensures adherence to standards and best practices.
    5. Collaboration and Leadership: As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead teams, and work closely with managerial staff to create a robust IT infrastructure.
    6. Evaluating Vulnerabilities: You’ll evaluate accounting, talent recruitment, and engineering systems models for vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    1. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering or a related field.
    2. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization
    3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.
    4. Ability to be on call via cell phone or other department-defined method.
    5. Ability to pass a medical physical.
    6. Ability to pass a security check.
    7. Possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
    8. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    EFFORT

    • Works in an office and/or airport terminal environment.
    • Uses keyboard devices and computer monitors.
    • Uses reasoning abilities in performing analysis and solving problems.
    • Frequently exerts forces equivalent to lifting minimally 50+ pounds Must be able to use ladders and scissor lifts as required from time to time.
    • Communicates effectively by telephone, in writing and in person.
    • Uses near-visual acuity in reading written documents.
    • Drives to locations on Airport property.
