Job Title - Software Development in Testing

Duration - Long Term

Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (4 days onsite per week)

Work Location- Irving, Tx

Position Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who’s experienced working as a Skilled Software Developer in Testing with expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C# for test automation and data validation. Proficient in designing and developing robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Appium. Experienced in preparing and automating functional and regression test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. Strong focus on improving testing efficiency and accuracy through automation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

1. Works onsite at DFW Airport headquarters office environment. Must be AccessDFW badged. Sits for extended periods of time.
2. Skill in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or others) for test automation and data validation.
3. Ability to design and create automation frameworks using tools
4. Ability to prepare and automate functional and regression test scripts with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium).
5. Ability to use version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven).
   

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering or a related field.
2. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization
3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.
4. Ability to be on call via cell phone or other department-defined method.
5. Ability to pass a medical physical.
6. Ability to pass a security check.
7. Possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
8. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

EFFORT

• Works in an office and/or airport terminal environment.
• Uses keyboard devices and computer monitors.
• Uses reasoning abilities in performing analysis and solving problems.
• Frequently exerts forces equivalent to lifting minimally 50+ pounds Must be able to use ladders and scissor lifts as required from time to time.
• Communicates effectively by telephone, in writing and in person.
• Uses near-visual acuity in reading written documents.
• Drives to locations on Airport property.
