Job Title - Field Service Technican

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled experienced and results-driven Senior Field Service Technician with 3+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and peripherals. Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting LAN environments, and providing end-user support. Proficient in Windows OS and network configurations, with strong communication skills and a valid Texas driver’s license.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with maintaining mechanical equipment, electronic and electrical knowledge of voltage, amperages, current (How to use a volt meter).
- Knowledge of parking control systems and operations if applicable.
- Skill in the installation, configuration and repair of parking control components.
- Skilled in hands-on repair and troubleshooting of small electronic equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjust schedules as needed to meet requirements of job.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.
- Ability to be On-Call via personal cell phone or other department-defined method.
